  1. Definitions

2.1 Agreement: An agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement, use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication.

2.2 Consumer-Customer: The natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance agreement with RBORN Fashion Store.

2.3 Day: With regard to shipping and delivery, we only use working days.

  1. Applicability

3.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The consumer-customer and entrepreneur recognize the legal validity of electronic communication, which is described in European legislation.

  1. The offer
  • 4.1 All products and promotions initiated by RBORN Fashion Store are without obligation. RBORN Fashion Store reserves the right to change prices when necessary.
  • 4.2 The products are each displayed with a truth-based description of the product. The description is sufficient to enable the consumer-customer to form a realistic opinion about the product. The product photos used support this description.
  1. Payments/Shipping Methods
  • 5.1 All prices are stated in Euros, including 21% VAT.
  • 5.2 All prices shown are exclusive of shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
     5.3 Shipping costs are settled when paying for the order.
  • 5.4 Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95. RBORN Fashion Store also ships within Europe.
  • 5.5 RBORN Fashion Store uses payment in advance. After the order has been placed, the customer receives a notification with the amount paid and a track and trace code.
  • 5.6 Discount codes do not apply to items in the SALE.
  1. Delivery
  • 6.1 RBORN Fashion Store has a shipping time of 1-3 working days after receipt of the order. This shipping time does not apply on weekends and holidays.
  • 6.2 The customer will receive an e-mail if, for one reason or another, the shipping time differs or takes longer.
  • 6.3 The described shipping time is an indication. Exceeding the shipping time does not entitle the customer to compensation or compensation.
  • 6.4 The place of delivery is always the specified address of the customer.
  1. Right of withdrawal/return policy
  • 7.1 The return costs of the order lie entirely with the customer. The customer can use the return form for this. Keep the track and trace code of return at all times until your return has arrived at the delivery address!
  • 7.2 After having properly assessed the order, with regard to any deviations or stains, etc., the customer will receive the money for the order within 7 days. This refund does not include shipping costs.
  • 7.3 The customer may return the order within 14 days of receipt.
  • 7.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene-sensitive products.
  • 7.5 The described right of withdrawal lapses when:
     The product has been worn (fitted on more than once) or washed;

The product is damaged. The labels and/or cards are missing or have been removed.

  1. Force majeur
  • 8.1 In the event of force majeure, RBORN Fashion Store will be entitled to cancel any agreements. Under no circumstances will RBORN Fashion Store be liable for any fine or compensation.
  • 8.2 Force majeure is understood to mean: any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to RBORN Fashion Store, because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account under the law, legal act or generally accepted views.
  1. Liability
  • 9.1 RBORN Fashion Store will under no circumstances be liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of money as a result of business interruption.
  1. Complaints procedure
  • 10.1 The entrepreneur has an adequate complaints procedure and handles every complaint through this procedure.
  • 10.2 Complaints will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
  • 10.3 RBORN Fashion Store offers, after assessment of the complaint, a guarantee within a period of 90 days after purchase.
